In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Serpa and the second or maternal family name is Pérez.
José Rodolfo Serpa Pérez (born 17 April 1979 in Corozal, Sucre) is a Colombian professional road racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI Continental team GW–Shimano. He rode for UCI Professional Continental cycling team Androni Giocattoli–Venezuela for seven years, before signing a contract with Lampre–Merida for the 2013 season.[1]
