Katzrin (Hebrew: קַצְרִין; also Qatzrin, Arabic: قصرين, romanized: qaṣrīn) is an Israeli settlement organized as a local council in the Golan Heights.[2] Known as the "capital of the Golan",[3] it is the second-largest locality there after Majdal Shams, and the largest Israeli settlement.[2][4] In 2021 it had a population of 7,606. It is the seat of Golan Regional Council.
