Luingne (/lwin/ LWEEN; French pronunciation: [lwin] or [lɥiɲ]; Dutch: Lowingen; Picard: Loinne) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Mouscron, located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium.
