Mohammad Ab Rahman

Mohammad bin Ab Rahman (born 15 March 1964) is a Malaysian military officer who currently serves as the 22nd Chief of Defence Forces since September 2023. Prior to his appointment, he previously served as the Chief of Army from March 2023 to September 2023.[1][2]
In this Malay name, there is no surname or family name. The name Ab Rahman is a patronymic, and the person should be referred to by their given name, Mohammad. The word "bin" or "binti"/"binte" means 'son of' or 'daughter of', respectively.
