Nicolas Lazarévitch

Nicolas Lazarévitch (17 August 1895 – 24 December 1975) was a Belgian-born French electrician, a building worker, a proof-reader and, most consistently, a libertarian-anarchist writer and activist. He was born and grew up in Belgium, the child of Russian exiles.[1][2][3]
