Philip Edward Archer

Philip Edward Archer MSG JSC (22 February 1925 – 10 May 2002) was the Chief Justice of Ghana between 1991 and 1995.[1] He was the eighth person to hold this position since Ghana became an independent nation.[2] He died on 10 May 2002.
