Thomas Pengelly (judge)

Sir Thomas Pengelly (16 May 1675[1] ā 14 April 1730) was a British lawyer, judge, novelist and later the Member of Parliament for Cockermouth, serving from 1722 to 1727, and Lord Justice of Appeal in 1726.[2]
