History
The original design of the building came from I.M. Pei & Partners and Araldo Cossutta Associated Architects in the 1970s, when the Christian Science Plaza was being constructed.[8] The building completed in 1972 and opened in 1973, originally served as the Christian Science world headquarters.[9]
In 2012, it was leased by Beacon Capital Partners, undergoing renovations soon after.[10] Current tenants include Northeastern University, as well as consulting and investment companies. In 2017, four peregrine falcons hatched in one of the building ledges.[11]
