The 1990–91 Alpha Ethniki was the 55th season of the highest football league of Greece. The season began on 16 September 1990 and ended on 2 June 1991. Panathinaikos won their second consecutive and 16th Greek title.

  1. AEK Athens-Olympiacos 1–2, replayed 1–0 because of heavy smoke at 84th minute.
  2. Olympiacos-Athinaikos 2–2, awarded with 0–2 because of pitch invasion of Olympiacos fans at 88th minute.
  3. Panathinaikos-PAOK 3–0, suspended at 77th minute, because the whole team of PAOK left the pitch. Original 3-0 result stood.
