The 2018 Brazilian Music Awards (Portuguese: Prêmio da Música Brasileira de 2018), the 29th edition of the ceremony, was held at the Theatro Municipal in Rio de Janeiro on 15 August 2018.[1] The ceremony was hosted by actresses Camila Pitanga and Débora Bloch, and was broadcast on Canal Brasil and YouTube.[1] Luiz Melodia was honored at the ceremony.[1]
