The 2019 3. divisjon (referred to as Norsk Tipping-ligaen after its sponsor) was a fourth-tier Norwegian football league season. The league consisted of 84 teams divided into 6 groups of 14 teams each[1] and began on 13 April 2019.[2]

  1. Orkla were originally relegated and Fløya 2 promoted, but the latter folded their team after the 2019 season and so Orkla were spared from relegation as the best relegated team in terms of points accumulated.[3]
