    1. Shkëndija played their home match at Toše Proeski Arena, Skopje, instead of their regular stadium Ecolog Arena, Tetovo, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
    2. Shakhtyor Soligorsk played their home match at Diósgyőri Stadion, Miskolc, Hungary, instead of their regular stadium Stroitel Stadium, Soligorsk, as in June 2021 UEFA suspended most matches to be played in Belarus, due to European Union sanctions in response to the Ryanair Flight 4978 incident which banned European Union airlines from flying over Belarusian airspace.[12]
    3. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe, the match was played behind closed doors.
    4. Connah's Quay Nomads played their home match at Park Avenue, Aberystwyth, instead of their regular stadium Deeside Stadium, Connah's Quay, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
    5. Fola Esch played their third qualifying round and play-off round home matches at Stade Josy Barthel, Luxembourg City, instead of their regular stadium Stade Émile Mayrisch, Esch-sur-Alzette, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
    6. Teuta played their third qualifying round home match at Elbasan Arena, Elbasan, instead of their regular stadium Niko Dovana Stadium, Durrës, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
    7. Riga played their third qualifying round home match at Daugava Stadium, Riga, instead of their regular Skonto Stadium, Riga.
