Notes

  1. The Sporting Cristal v Flamengo match, originally scheduled for 5 April 2022, 19:30 local time,[51] was first suspended and later rescheduled to 20:00 local time due to a curfew in Lima for that day which was lifted a few hours before the start of the match.[52]
  2. Universidad Católica played their home match against São Paulo at their regular stadium Estadio San Carlos de Apoquindo, Santiago, instead of the originally scheduled Estadio Nacional Julio Martínez Prádanos, Santiago.[54]
