The 2022–23 Derde Divisie season was the seventh edition of the Dutch fourth tier, formerly called Topklasse, since the restructuring of the league system in the summer of 2016.[1]

Because Tweede Divisie team OFC, which placed last, withdrew its team, sunday league teams JOS Watergraafsmeer and Baronie played extra play-off matches. The best team over two legs remained in the Derde Divisie, whilst the loser relegated to the Vierde Divisie
