- 19 February - 21 June – Al- Raqim Exhibition presented the best works from the Al- Raqim Calligraphy Competition, an international initiative focused on the mastery of Arabic Calligraphy.[1]
- 28 March – Qatar expressed its solidarity with South Korea amid devastating wildfires, mourning lives lost, injured, and thousands evacuated.[2]
- 27 April – The Qatari and Saudi Arabian finance ministries announce in a joint statement that they will pay off Syria's $15 million debt to the World Bank,[3] which is finalized on 16 May.[4]
- 23 June – The Iranian Air Force launches ballistic missiles towards Al Udeid Air Base in Doha, which houses the U.S. Air Force. The missiles are intercepted by the Qatar Armed Forces. The foreign ministry closes the country's airspace in response to the attack. The airspace is reopened after a ceasefire.[5][6]
- 19 July – Qatar hosts the signing of a ceasefire agreement between the government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the rebel group M23 as part of efforts to end the latter's rebellion.[7]
- 23 July 2025 – Qatar 365 explored centuries-old animal traditions, from Arabian horses at Katara, falcons at Souq Waqif, to whale sharks— the Gulf’s gentle giants.[8]
