35th Berlin International Film Festival

The 35th annual Berlin International Film Festival was held from 15 to 26 February 1985.^[2] The retrospective was dedicated to Special effects.^[3]

The Golden Bear was jointly awarded to The Woman and the Strangler directed by Rainer Simon and Wetherby directed by David Hare.^[4]
