Acentroptera emdeni is a species of beetle of the family Chrysomelidae. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), Colombia, Ecuador, Panama and Peru.[1]

Description
Adults reach a length of about 8.6-10 mm. They are brownish-yellow with a darker sheen. The antennae, pro-, meso-, and metasterna are black and the abdomen is partly dark.[2]
Life history
No host plant has been documented for this species.[1]
