Acentroptera tessellata is a species of beetle of the family Chrysomelidae. It is found in Brazil (Bahia, Rio de Janeiro).[1]

Description
Adults reach a length of about 7.7 mm. They are yellowish, the pronotum with both a medial vitta and the lateral margins darker. There are elongate darker spots on the elytra. The antennae and legs are yellowish.[2]
Life history
No host plant has been documented for this species.[1]
