Adhisaya Manithan (transl. Mysterious Human) is a 1990 Indian Tamil-language science fiction slasher film directed by Velu Prabhakaran. It is a sequel to Naalai Manithan (1989). The film stars Gautami, Ajay Rathnam, Anand, Kuyili, Kovai Sarala and Silk Smitha.[1][2] It was released on 6 July 1990.[3]

Five years after the incidents of the first film, researcher Charles, the brother of one of the Scientists, finds that John, the psychotic killer, is still alive and informs his friend Ravi, a Police officer to kill him as soon as possible. ravi
Four college students – Kousalya, Urmila, Lynda and Nancy along with their boyfriends Gupta, Majnu, Vivek and Ramani go for vacation to an isolated mansion set aside of the town. They also take their classmate Ganga, a girl suffering PTSD, from the murder of her mother, along with them by lying to her that they are going to meet a godman to cure her medical condition. A butler is the only occupant of the mansion who despises the new guests.
As the researcher suggested, the psychotic John emerges furry and like a werewolf, who previously murdered a rancher and his wife, roams around the mansion to kill the youngsters. Gupta takes Kousalya on a trip, where some goons misbehaves with the latter, and get beaten up by Gupta. The Goons to revenge follow them to the mansion to kill Gupta, but were taken down by John one by one. Meanwhile Charles, after examining the dead bodies of the rancher and his wife gives Ravi some bullets infused with laser technology which may kill John.
Gupta and Kousalya consummate their relationship. While John enters the premises of the mansion. He kills Lynda and her stoner boyfriend Vivek. Nancy asks Ramani to marry her in Hindu tradition but both get killed. Gupta tries to woo Ganga overheard by Kausalya who begs the former but is rejected only to be killed by John. Manju who is a prankster gets killed by John. Urmila thinks this is one of his pranks but also gets butchered by John. After gutting out the butler, John also strangles a policeman who alerts Ravi whereabouts of John before dying.
Ganga finds the mansion abandoned and dead bodies of her friends. While trying to flee she also finds the butler dead. John appears before Ganga and follows her. In this chaos, Ganga hides at a nearby petrol station where she manages to set John ablaze. Blistered but survived John pursues Ganga to a factory, where she activates hydraulic press, and crushes him. Although disabled below hip, John suddenly grabs Ganga. But she breaks free from him and faints. Exhausted John crawls towards Ganga to kill her. Ravi tracks down the location and shoots John through the heart, finally killing him with injected bullets. Finally, Ravi and injured Ganga leave the factory where fellow policemen wait for them outside. At the end, it is shown that John awakens from the dead as a skeleton.
