Ruchini was born in Italy on April 15, 1959.

Ruchini is an EFQM Ambassador of Excellence EVP, a Licensed Advisor, and an Excellence Award Assessor.[1][2] In his role as an EFQM Assessor, he has evaluated companies such as Bosch, Ricoh, Coplanning, Domino World (2011), the Astana Municipality in Kazakhstan, and Worthington Cylinders GmbH (2012). He has also assessed organizations such as OPI Kenya and Arabtech Jardaneh.[3][4]
He previously served as the Vice President of the Italo-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce in Budapest and led the Commission on Energy and Renewables in the same institution.[5] Ruchini earned his Executive MBA from the MIB School of Management in Trieste.[6]
Ruchini has participated in international business and economic forums. In 2012, he was a keynote speaker at the Global Outsourcing Summit (GOS) in China, a global conference co-organized by APCEO and international governments.[7] He was also invited to:

In 2009, Ruchini began collaborating with Ambrosetti, a leading Italian consulting firm. In 2011, he delivered a presentation on the EFQM model at the educational event "With Excellence, We Restart."[18]
Awards
In 2011, he was awarded the "Prize of Prizes" by the Italian President for his contributions to integrated management.[19][20] He was invited to National Innovation Day, an event focused on fostering discussions on innovation regarding its role in scientific research, technological advancement, and economic opportunities. The 2011 event coincided with the 150th anniversary of Italy’s unification.[21][22]
