Aghosham (Malayalam: ആഘോഷം) is an upcoming Indian Malayalam-language campus drama film written and directed by Amal K. Joby, produced by C N Global Movies. Production
The film is produced by Dr. Lissy K. Fernandes, Dr. Prince Procy (Austria), Dr. Devasya Kurian (Bangalore), Jessy Mathew (Dubai), Lighthouse Media (USA), Jordimon Thomas (UK), and Baiju S. R. (Bangalore). Executive supporters include Varghese Thomas (UAE), Sibi Mani Kumaramangalam (Italy), and Bebichan Varghese (Australia).
Filming
Principal photography took place primarily in and around Palakkad, including locations near Mundoor and the Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies. The production completed a schedule of approximately 45 days. The film's puja and switch-on ceremony were held on 31 May (year as reported by coverage), at the Mundoor Yuvakshetra institute; Fr. Dr. Mathew Vazhayil led the prayers, director Lal Jose performed the switch-on and actor Vijayaraghavan gave the first clap.[4][2]
Music
Music for the film is composed by Stephen Devassy and Goutham Vincent, with lyrics written by B. K. Harinarayanan and Santhosh Varma (as reported in production notes). Further details on the soundtrack and release will be updated when official album information is available.[3]

The film's first-look poster and title poster were publicly released through social media channels, including a release via actor Antony Varghese's social media page, and received coverage across Malayalam media outlets such as Mathrubhumi, Asianet, Times of India and local news portals. Overseas distribution rights for Australia and New Zealand were reported to have been acquired by Cybersystems Australia.[8][1]

As of the latest reports, principal photography and post-production are complete and the producers announced an expected release towards the end of 2025. An official theatrical release date has not yet been confirmed.[2][4]
