Ai Kondo Yoshida (吉田(近藤) 愛, Yoshida (Kondō) Ai; born 5 November 1980) is a Japanese sports sailor.[1][2]

At the 2008 Summer Olympics, she competed in the women's 470 class with Naoko Kamata, finishing in 14th place.[3] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the same event, finishing in 14th place again, with her teammate this time being Wakako Tabata.[2] At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she competed in the same event with Miho Yoshioka, finishing in 5th place.[4] At the 2020 Summer Olympics, she competed in the same event with Miho Yoshioka, finishing in 7th place.[5]

For the 2006 Women's 470 World Championships, Yoshida teamed up with Naoko Kamata winning silver. For the 2018 Women's 470 World Championships, Yoshida teamed up with Miho Yoshioka winning gold. For the 2019 Women's 470 World Championships, Yoshida teamed up with Miho Yoshioka again, winning silver.

For the 2025 Female Snipe World Championship, Yoshida teamed up with Honoka Miura winning gold.
