Al Muhaidib Group(Arabic:مجموعة المهيدب) is a diversified international investment conglomerate based in Saudi Arabia Founded in 1946 by Abdul Kadir bin Abdul Muhsin Al-Muhaidib, the group is currently chaired by Sulaiman A. K. Al-Muhaidib.

History
Al Muhaidib Group's origins trace back to a supplies store established in Al Zubair in 1940. By 1943, the business evolved into food trading in Basra. Expanding its operations geographically, the company established a presence in Jeddah during the 1950s, capitalizing on the burgeoning Saudi Arabian market. The 1960s saw further expansion into building materials and real estate, with the opening of offices in Dammam and Jeddah. The Group continued to diversify throughout the 1970s and 1980s, entering sectors such as contracting, manufacturing, and retail. In the 1990s, Al Muhaidib Group increased its investment activities in stock markets. A significant shift occurred in 2000 when the company transitioned its focus to become an active investment firm.
