Albi is a restaurant in Washington, D.C. owned by chef and restauranteur Michael Rafidi^[1][2][3][4] Established in February 2020,^[5] the restaurant serves Palestinian cuisine.^[6] The menu has included barbecued lamb kebabs and baba ganoush.^[7] Albi has received a Michelin star.^[8] "Albi" is the Arabic word for "my heart" (Arabic: قلبي).^[9]
