Alex Zamalin (born 1986)[1] is an American educator, political scientist, social scientist, and author. He is a professor of Africana studies and political science at Rutgers University in New Jersey.[2] He has written numerous books on political theory, race, and American culture. He formerly worked as an associate professor of political science and the director of the African American Studies Program at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan.[3][4]
