Alfie James Pond (born 17 February 2004) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Playing career
Pond made his first-team debut for Exeter City in the EFL Trophy, in a 1–1 draw with Chelsea U21 at St James Park.[2] Speaking after the match, manager Matt Taylor described him as someone who would become "a serious player".[3]
On 12 August 2022, Pond joined National League side Yeovil Town on loan until January 2023.[4]
On 2 September 2022, Pond signed for Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.[5]
Pond made his debut appearance for Wolves as a late substitute in a home EFL Cup game against Blackpool on 29 August 2023, which Wolves won 5–0.[6]
On 31 August 2023, Pond joined EFL League Two side Stockport County on loan until the end of the 2023–24 season.[7] On 2 January 2024, he returned to his parent club.[8]
