History

Ansarada was founded in 2005 in Sydney, Australia. The company initially gained recognition for its virtual data room technology tailored to the M&A market. Over time, it expanded its capabilities to include broader deal workflow automation, procurement infrastructure, and AI-driven tools for high-stakes business processes. In February 2020, Ansarada listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. In August 2024, Datasite Global Corporation completed its acquisition of Ansarada Group Limited (ASX:AND)[2]
