Arachidonyl trifluoromethyl ketone (ATK) is an analog of arachidonic acid.[1] that inhibits some isoforms of the enzyme phospholipase A2.[2] Specifically it inhibits the 85 kDa cystolic PLA2 (cPLA2).[2]
