Reception
Jeff Cisneros reviewed Arsenal in White Wolf #47 (Sept., 1994), rating it a 4 out of 5 and stated that "There's no fat to this tightly written, 128-page book. Every page presents useful information for the runner and the player. Narrative commentary is woven into the technical information to avoid making this product dry. The book is easily worth the money."[1]
