Attacker is an American heavy metal band from New Jersey. Formed in 1983[2][3] under the name Warloc, they changed their name to Attacker the following year.[4] They are best known for their 1985 debut album Battle at Helms Deep, released through Metal Blade Records. They have since released six more full-length albums, most recently in 2016 with Metal on Metal Records.[5]
