AudioCodes Ltd. is a technology company Founded in 1993 by Shabtai Adlersberg and Leon Bialik,[1] specializing in advanced communications software, products and productivity solutions for enterprises and service providers.

Headquartered in Or Yehuda, Israel, AudioCodes has a global footprint with offices, R&D centers and support and service teams across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. [2] As of 2025, the company employs approximately 1,000 people worldwide.

Publicly traded since 1999, AudioCodes is listed on both the NASDAQ stock exchange (Nasdaq: AUDC) and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: AUDC:).[3] In its most recent fiscal year, the company reported revenues of approximately $242.2 million.
