Auriculella ambusta

Auriculella ambusta is a species of air-breathing tropical land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusc in the family Achatinellidae. This species is endemic to the Hawaiian Islands.

Description & Biology

Auriculella ambustahas a white shell with possible markings.^[2] They eat fungi and bacteria from leaves.^[3]

Habitat

They are found in the Waianae mountains in west Oahu.^[4][5]
