Basil Anthony

Conganage Edmond Basil Anthony (11 August 1937 – 16 April 2014) was a Sri Lankan cricket umpire.^[1] In his international umpiring career, he officiated in three international matches in 1982 and 1983, including one Test match and two ODI games.^[2]
