Board of Investment of Sri Lanka

The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BoI) (Sinhala: ශ්‍රී ලංකා ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලය Shri Lanka Ayojana Mandalaya) is the investment promotion agency of Sri Lanka. It was established in 1992, expanding the scope of the Greater Colombo Economic Commission (GCEC) which was formed in 1978.^[2] The legal framework for the BOI is governed by the Board of Investment Law, No. 4 of 1978, with key amendments made in 2009^[3] and 2012.^[4]

Export Processing Zones

The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka oversees several Export Processing Zones (EPZs) and Industrial Parks across the country, offering investors a range of facilities and tax incentives. Below is a list of key zones.
