Kondev previously played for Lokomotiv Sofia, Rodopa Smolyan and Pirin Blagoevgrad in the A PFG,^[1] for Irtysh Pavlodar in the Kazakhstan Premier League and for Turan Tovuz in the Azerbaijan Premier League.^[2]
