C. B. Suresh Babu

Suresh Baabu C B is a politician from Karnataka, India. He is a leader of Janata Dal (Secular) and he is married to Smt Babitha.^[1][2][3] He won three times as MLA from Chikkanayakanahalli constituency.^[4][5][6][7]

Political life

Babu entered politics by contesting by-elections in 1997 but lost to J. C. Madhu Swamy. In 1999 he became MLA of the Chikkanayakanahalli by defeating Madhu Swamy.^[8] Later he won two consecutive terms in 2008 and 2013.^[9][10] In 2018 Assembly elections he lost to J. C. Madhu Swamy.^[11][12][13] His father Late N Basavaiah was also a politician.^[14][15]
