Caput Cilla, an Ancient city and former bishopric in Roman North Africa, is now a Latin Catholic titular see.[1] Its presumed location are the ruins of El-Gouéa, in modern Algeria.

The diocese was nominally restored in 1933 as a Latin Catholic titular bishopric; the Curiate Italian name is Capocilla.
