Playing career

Espino began playing for Guadalajara during the inaugural season of Liga MX Femenil.^{[2][3][4][5][6][7]} The team, with Espino as an important figure, won the league for a second time in the 2021–22 Liga MX Femenil season.

International career

Espino also plays for the Mexico women's national under-20 football team and was selected for the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.^[8][9]
