Central District (Khonj County)

The Central District of Khonj County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان خنج) is in Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Khonj.^[3]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 30,779 in 5,544 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 31,644 people in 6,892 households.^[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 31,732 inhabitants in 8,077 households.^[2]
