Chionochloa pallens, or mid-ribbed snow tussock, is a species of grass, endemic to New Zealand.[2] It is a tall species with pink inflorescence.[3] However, descriptions of the nominate subspecies note that it is stout.[4] It is found on both the North and South Island.[5]
