Choghukabad (Persian: چغوك اباد, also Romanized as 'Choghūkābād; also known as Joghūkābād)[1] is a village in Azizabad Rural District, in the Central District of Narmashir County, Kerman province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,656, in 396 families.[2] The village's name means "sparrow town".[3] Some ruins near the village probably represent the former site of the city of Narmashir during the Middle Ages.[3]
