Perspective

In the late 1990s, he co‑founded a tech company focused on Java applications for government and corporate clients, which he successfully sold before the dot‑com crash. He also worked as a strategy consultant for both Arthur D. Little and Accenture, primarily focusing on corporate restructuring and evaluating distressed companies.[5]

In 2001, he joined M&A International (now Oaklins), participating in corporate restructuring and refinancing, including the turnaround of the European aluminum anodizing group Aloxide. He subsequently founded CFG Capital, which he led for more than a decade across France, Italy, Belgium, and Russia. Until 2014, Louvrier had invested in and held board positions at ASC Holding, a global premium cars distributor, and at Rusgrain Holding, a listed major Russian grain and egg producer.[6]

In 2015, through LIC33, he was involved in an attempted €900 million acquisition of Bulgaria's Vivacom, the leading telecommunications operator. The deal was eventually withdrawn by Louvrier due to the discovery of embezzlement. Since 2015, Louvrier has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Clementy Group, a family office that specializes in private equity investments in Western Europe and the United States of America.[7]

As Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Clementy Group, Louvrier has overseen the firm's expansion strategy, working with financial institutions such as UBS and auditors such as Ernst & Young. He has also participated in Vatican-supported initiatives for dialogue and cooperation, including programmes with author and lecturer Joe Dispenza on integral human development and unity.[8]
