Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Isabella, Buford, and Baljeet discover Linda has been turned into a cloud. Phineas and Ferb chase after her to ensure she is safe, while Buford and Isabella find the inator to bring to Baljeet so he can reverse its effects. After Perry foils his original plans, Doofenshmirtz tricks Major Monogram into coming up with a new plan to make a storm out of the Linda cloud. Doof succeeds with his Cool-Off-Inator, making it a bigger challenge bringing Linda home. Perry thwarts Doof's scheme and Candace eventually manages to emotionally appeal to Linda, returning her home so they can return her to normal. After getting rid of all the excess water Doofenshmirtz put into the Linda Cloud, Perry saves the day by fixing the kids' power supply when it fails. With Linda turned back to normal, the Flynn-Fletcher family takes a photo with the other kids.

Production

On January 13, 2023, Disney Branded Television announced that 40 new episodes of Phineas and Ferb were ordered, to be split across two seasons, with Povenmire returning as executive producer.^[3] In March 2023, Marsh was also announced to return as executive producer and voice director for the revival.^[4] The episode was originally slated to premiere in 2024.^[5]

Reception

John Schwarz of Bubbleblabber rated the episode, and its sister episode "Summer Block Buster", an 8 out of 10.^[6]
