Coleophora caelebipennella

Coleophora caelebipennella is a moth of the family Coleophoridae. It is found in most of Europe, except Great Britain, Ireland, and the Balkan Peninsula.^[1] It is also known from Pakistan.^[2]

The wingspan is 13–16 mm.^[3]

The larvae feed on Artemisia campestris, Artemisia vulgaris, Centaurea, Chrysanthemum, Gnaphalium, Helichrysum arenarium, Helichrysum italicum, Helichrysum italicum serotinum and Helichrysum stoechas.^[4] Larvae can be found from September to July.
