Coleen Watkins (also McClements) is an Irish former camogie player who had an Junior provincial club Medal at right -half -forward.[1] She was club player of the year in 1981 and acummulated various other club accolades in a long career. Her cousin Cora-Jane Fitzsimons plays camogie in Dublin.[citation needed] She later married into the renowned McClements family and based herself close to their stronghold.[citation needed]

Career

Watkins became her club's Under 14 captain in 1976.[citation needed] Then she followed by club's Under 16 captain in ’78, won an Under 16 league medal from ’77, an Under 18 league title from ’79 and another title in ’80. She also Div 2 runner up medal from ’80. Three (3) All Ireland intervarsity sevens, later followed by an All Ireland Club sevens. Co. junior Club: ’78, ’79, ’81, and Co. intermediate Club: ’92 after the move north, and as well as that is one provincial junior Club medal, and she won other junior titles with her club in ’88, ’89, ’90, ’91.
