College Park (previously "College Town") is a small, leafy, residential eastern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, in the City of Norwood Payneham St Peters. It is among the most expensive suburbs in South Australia, with a median sale price of $3.3 million as of 2024.College Park, is home to two of the city's most expensive streets: Trinity Street and Marlborough Street.
St. Peter's College in Adelaide,located in the suburb of Hackney, adjacent to the suburb of College Park. The suburbs of College Park and St. Peters were named after the school.
