Collierville is a census-designated place in San Joaquin County, California.[2] Collierville sits at an elevation of 62 feet (19 m).[2] The 2020 United States census reported Collierville's population was 2,094.

The 2020 United States census reported that Collierville had a population of 2,094. The population density was 317.5 inhabitants per square mile (122.6/km2). The racial makeup of Collierville was 58.1% White, 0.8% African American, 0.9% Native American, 3.9% Asian, 0.5% Pacific Islander, 21.1% from other races, and 14.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 37.4% of the population.[19]
The whole population lived in households. There were 699 households, out of which 32.6% included children under the age of 18, 63.5% were married-couple households, 6.4% were cohabiting couple households, 15.9% had a female householder with no partner present, and 14.2% had a male householder with no partner present. 14.2% of households were one person, and 9.9% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 3.0.[19] There were 550 families (78.7% of all households).[20]
The age distribution was 23.3% under the age of 18, 9.8% aged 18 to 24, 22.7% aged 25 to 44, 26.6% aged 45 to 64, and 17.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40.5 years. For every 100 females, there were 104.9 males.[19]
There were 728 housing units at an average density of 110.4 units per square mile (42.6 units/km2), of which 699 (96.0%) were occupied. Of these, 71.4% were owner-occupied, and 28.6% were occupied by renters.[19]
