The trust has introduced several initiatives to improve education:

  • Consilium Evolve, an alternative provision academy in Sunderland, supports secondary-age students experiencing emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), aiming to re-engage students with learning in a supportive environment.[17]
  • Life Lessons Program, a bespoke RSHE curriculum, has been implemented across all Consilium schools to strengthen pupil welfare, behaviour, and attendance.[18]
