"Copines" (pronounced [kɔpin];eng: friends) is a song performed by French-Malian singer Aya Nakamura. It was released on 24 August 2018. The song peaked at number one in France, becoming her second number one after Djadja and number 7 in Belgian region's Wallonia. The song's music video garnered over 555 million views. "Copines' also went viral on Instagram Reels in early 2021 after spawning a dance trend.[1]

Following the international success of "Djadja", which peaked atop in several countries, including the singer home country's France and the top forty in some South European and Latin American countries, "Copines" entered in a few national markets, such as Portugal, Singapore, Belgium and the Netherlands. Thus, "Copines" reached the pole position in France in mid-November 2018, following the released of her sophomore album, and number 7 in Belgium's Wallonia, becoming her first top ten at this time.

The single reached the top thirty in Singapore equally, at number 28, becoming the first time for a French-language African female artist to achieved this.[2]

"Copines" is certified Diamond in France, becoming her second diamond certification at this time after "Djadja". Equally certified Platinum in Canada and Poland and Gold in Italy, Portugal and Belgium.[3]
