Cryptoblepharus adamsi, also known commonly as Adams's snake-eyed skink, is a species of lizard in the family Scincidae. The species is endemic to Queensland in Australia.[1][2]

Etymology

The specific name, adamsi, is in honor of Australian biologist Mark Adams.[2]

Habitat

The preferred natural habitat of C. adamsi is savanna.[1]

Description

Small for its genus, C. adamsi has a snout-to-vent length (SVL) of less than 4 cm (1.6 in) as an adult.[2]

Behavior

C. adamsi is arboreal.[1]

Reproduction

C. adamsi is oviparous.[2]
